Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Our Payment Model

Because we operate on a strict 100% Risk-Free: Pay Only After Delivery model, you are able to review the completed work before making any payment. As a result, upfront payments are generally not required.

2. Refunds

If you have made a payment and discover an objective failure to meet the originally agreed-upon instructions, you may request revisions for free. If the work fundamentally fails to meet the core requirements and revisions do not fix the issue, you are entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the scope of the error. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of delivery.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a request at any point before the final delivery is made without penalty.
